About
Kim Dingwall has owned and operated Refined Rooms since 2009 and owns and operates Get ReFurnished, a local furniture rental company since 2013.
Kim is a strong industry leader in the Ottawa area as co-founder of the Canadian Association of Property Stylists (www.capshq.ca) and Kim is formerly the Vice President, Membership of the Ottawa Chapter of the Real Estate Staging Association. Kim is a certified property stylist with ISRP from QC Design School and a certified renovation manager (RRPM designation) from CSP International.

Home Staging
Home staging services will result in setting your house apart from the competition. Our services use lifestyle and demographic design techniques to attract key buyers but also allow for the design to appeal to and invite the greatest number of potential buyers.
Decorating
Refined Rooms makes your property, rooms, and areas look more attractive by helping you define your style and create a stylistic space you are proud to call home. We start with a free 15 minute discovery call to determine your need and budget. The process moves along in stages and involves home and store visits and ongoing communication to reach project milestones. We offer an e-design or virtual process as well. Managing Renovations
Refined Rooms will plan and manage your renovation. We charge a flat fee for creating a renovation plan for your project which includes the action items required and all necessary draft contracts.
